Had a great stay in a cozy room with a stunning lake view. Enjoyed sipping coffee on the balcony, and the lounge area had a nice fireplace vibe. Only downside was the shower needing a bit of maintenance. Would recommend!

The economy room is poorly designed!!! Three hooks are insufficient, and the decorative cushions only take up space!!! Towels don't dry due to inadequate hanging options!!! A lack of storage is evident in such a small space!!!

Check-in was excessively strict. I arrived just before 4 PM and was made to wait outside, even in the cold. It felt disrespectful not to be offered a place to sit while waiting. The breakfast lacked variety, and overall, I found the service less accommodating than expected.
